2.6 Workmanship. The brush shall be clean and free of sharp edges or defects that may affect durability, appearance, or serviceability.
2.7 Metric products. Products manufactured to metric dimensions will be considered on an equal basis with those manufactured using inch-pound units, providing they fall within the tolerances specified and all other requirements of this document are met.
3. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Regulatory requirements. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with paragraph 23.403 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS
4.1 Product conformance. The products provided shall meet the salient characteristics of this CID, shall conform to the producer’s own drawing, specifications, standards, and quality assurance practices, and shall be the same product offered for sale in the commercial market. The government reserves the right to require proof such conformance.
5. PACKAGING, PACKING AND MARKING
5.1 Packaging, packing and marking. The packaging, packing, and marking shall be as specified in the contract or order.
